Happy psychological well-being for 2023!

Dear All,

As another year-end approaches I'd like to take this moment to wish everyone a Very Happy New Year from Nicholas King Counselling!

At this time we are increasingly aware that many face the prospect of a difficult winter coping with the cost of living crisis and, with this in mind perhaps it's worth pausing to remind ourselves just how important it is to take care of our mental health needs over the year ahead as much as our physical ones. By all means keep active at the gym but remember that simple Relaxation can often be the best antidote for Anxiety and there are lots of inexpensive ways to de-stress whether its reading a good book, walking the dog or spending quality time with friends and family.
